The action taken is dependant on the required payment:
Non payment of renewal fees: Any package not sucessfully renewed on time will be temporarily suspected for an expiration period of 30 days, if the package has not been renewed before the expiration period ends the package will be cancelled and all contents will be unrecoverable, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.
If a package is not renewed before the end of the expiration period and no cancelation is recieved and approved, Inevi Tech Studios reserves the right to seek legal action to cover any losses as a result of non payment.

All Inevi Tech Studios packages have a one year validity period, they can be cancelled at any time up till 5 working days before the validity period expires.
Any cancellations after the valid cancelation period, will be reviewed. Inevi Tech Studios reserves the right to charge in full for the expiring package depending on the review outcome.
Firstly we cannot guarantee the availability of any requested domain. Domain purchase, security and privacy costs are included in the hosting fees but may incure additional charges for domains that are already owned and a purchase agreement has been made with the domain owner or for domains that are excessive in cost due to either domain popularity or the domain postfix.
Secondly, it is never a good idea to search the availability of your desired domain until you are ready to purchase it. There is a practice called domain name front running, this is when a registrar or company you use to search domain name availability uses that inside information to purchase the name you searched (if you do not) in order to resell it back to you later with additional costs. If you do not yet own your domain, either buy it when you check its availability or alternatively allow us to search and purchase it on your behalf to avoid registrar transferalls and transferral costs.
Clients who hold their domains and sites with Inevi Tech Studios have full ownership rights to their domain(s) and site(s) during the valid and paid for period and may transfer said domain(s) and site(s) should they wish to, terms and conditions apply with regards to transferrals.
To benefit from all of Inevi Tech Studio offerings, your site will need to be hosted on our servers. If you have a website already and would like to move it over to our servers to benefit from our services, we will make this process as stress free as possible. To do so though we will require access to your current hosting to collect all digital items(pictures, databases, etc), we will also require access to your domain registrar to transfer your domain to our system. From there we will handle everything on your behalf.
We do not transfer websites as a whole though and your website will be rebuilt by our team to your exact standards, whether that be the exact same design as your previous site, a new design or a revised design. We do it this way to ensure all best practices are followed and to ensure you recieve the full benefit both in speed and security from transferring to Inevi Tech Studios.
During this process your previous site will remain active and transferral of the domain pointing only happens once the new site is completed and approved to maintain your online pressence throughout.

Provided payments are up to date clients who host their site and domain with Inevi Tech Studios have full ownership of the site and domain and can choose to transfer either to a new host at any time.
Should you choose to transfer either your site or your domain Inevi Tech Studios reserves the right to remove any functionality and offerings dependant on both our hosting platform and premium plugins and or intergrations.
We will provide you with your EPP code and release the domain lock on your behalf in preparation for the transfer as well as provide you with an up to date backup to be installed on the new host but we will not transfer/setup/optimise/troubleshoot or debug your domain or site on your new host.
If your domain is not in a valid transfer window due to an upcoming renewal, you will be invoiced for the domain renewal which will need to be paid before the domain lock is removed and EPP code issued. Regardless of a domains registration status there will be a transfer cost charged by your new host, Inevi Tech Studios has no obligation to assist with this and has no way to waive this charge, it will be your responsibility to ensure succesful transferal and payment.

We may at times agree to work on a previously built site on its current hosting package with out transferring to Inevi Tech Studios hosting.

Priority support clients have access to a support chat screen within their client portal, this gives them instant access to support and answers to any questions they may have in the quickest possible time.
Priority support clients aslo have limited access to the maintenance package regardless of if they have a subscription or not to ensure any site errors are handled quickly and their online pressense is not interupted.
The website maintenance plan is an all encompassing maintenance, backup and optimisation solution for your website.
With the maintenance plan you can rest assured knowing that your website will recieve weekly updates to the backend ensuring that all operations remain stable, fast and secure. Your website will be backed up daily and have on demand backup installations.
Choosing either a basic or plus plan does not lock you into that package forever. you can request to add or remove any packages.
Should you choose to upgrade to a plus plan from a basic plan, you will not be charged a full year worth of subscription, rather just for the amount of time you have remaining on your hosting plan.
If you downgrade from a plus plan to a basic plan our refunds policy will apply and from your next billing cycle you will not be charged for or have access to the add-on packages with the plus plan.
You can also tailor your plan by subscribing to a basic plan and adding just the essential add-ons you need.

Inevi Tech Studios aims to make aquiring and running your own buisness website as easy and stress free as possible from start to finish.
Once you have decided on the type of website you need and the right website plan for your business or if you need some assistance on which package would best suit your business, the next step will be to contact Inevi Tech Studios through the contact form located here or call +973 38887109 or by emailing [email protected] with your requests and quiries. An Inevi Tech agent will then contact you shortly to arrange for a longer conversation, either in person or by phone to further build on your ideas and our understanding of your companies needs and profile.
If both parties are happy to move forward with the project from there, you will be issuesd with a detailed proposal and contract that will need to be signed and returned along with proof of payment for the 50% deposit.
You will then be issued with the credentials to your client portal where you will have access to all relevant documentation, project progress reports, your subscriptions, products and account information. An Inevi Tech Studios team will then build a first draft according to the required specifications. This process usually takes up to 20 working days depending on the complexity of the website requirements, do note though that at the end of this stage all backend applications/plugins/softwares and intergrations will have been completed.
You will then recieve access to the first draft and an agent will go through it with you, taking notes of any changes you request.
The next stage is a revison stage where our team will work on the revisions if any were mentioned in the previous stage. Depending on the amount of revisions that need to be made this can take up to 10 working days. Once all revisions are completed you will have a chance to look at the revised site and make any notes on one last optional revision period.
The second to last stage is the optimisation and responsiveness section, this stage is started once the 25% progress payment has been recieved successfully. During this stage we will optimise your website for speed, SEO and responsive behaviours for mobile, tablet and desktop viewing. At the end of this stage the site is ready for deployment.
The final stage is deployment and debuging, during this stage we deploy the site to its final hosting with its domain, making sure all functionality is sound and the site is ready for delivery. Once the site is ready it will remain locked until the final 25% payment has been recieved, at which point the site will be unlocked and the credentials handed over if applicable.
